Francesco's has an open display cooking area. Guests can watch Chef Marco
prepare freshly-made Italian specialties while dining next to hand painted
celebrity artwork from Tony Bennett, Tony Curtis, and more. Reservations

Il Fornaio - New York-New York An authentic Italian restaurant that highlights the delicious
cuisine of Northern Italy. Selections from the exhibition kitchen include
wood-fired rotisserie chicken and duck, homemade and imported pasta, mesquite
grilled fish, steak and chops, pizza and seasonal salads and soups.
Mediterranean Room -
Gold Coast Fresh seafood and Italian specialty dishes are served in a
delightful atmosphere. House favorites include clam, crab claws and jumbo shrimp

Franch Napa Restaurant -
Rio Hotel Welcome to California's wine country, where country French
gourmet cuisine inspired by world-renown Chef Jean-Louis Palladin is
meticulously prepared and complemented by more than 600 selections of wine. Napa
is open for dinner Wedensday-Sunday from 6 p.m.-11 p.m. and closed sunday and
monday. Reservations suggested.
Pinot Brasserie - Venetian Famed Los Angeles celebrity chef and author, Joachim Splichal,
an inductee into the James Beard Foundation Who's Who of Food & Beverage in
America in 1995, and voted "Restaurateur of the Year" by the Southern California
Restaurant Writers Association Inc. in 1999, and his entrepreneurial wife,
Christine Splichal, of the Patina Group, bring the lighter tastes of French
cuisine to their Franco-California bistro, Pinot Brasserie. The menu offers
steak, poultry, pastas, seafood and wild game, complete with a large rotisserie
and oyster bar. Chef/Partner Octavio Beccara and Executive Chef Brian Bennington
are heading up the kitchen.
Renoir - Mirage Surrounded by original works of art from world-renowned French
impressionist Pierre-Auguste Renoir (1841 ?1919). James Beard award winning Chef
Alessandro Stratta brings innovative, contemporary French cuisine to Renoir, a
Mobil Five-Star recipient. Decorated in silks, tapestries and dark wood, it is
the home to original artwork by its namesake. Chef Stratta’s cuisine highlights
the finest of seasonal products available in signature dishes reflected in each

Mexico MargaritaGrille
- Las Vegas Hilton All of the Mexican favorites including fish tacos made with the
quality ingredients one would expect from the Las Vegas Hilton. Inviting cantina
sits next to the dining room serving traditional Mexican drinks. Try the warm
Quesa Bean dip with your chips and salsa - it's tasty.
Ricardo's of Las Vegas
- MGM Grand Featuring a lively courtyard and carefree atmosphere of Old
Mexico, this restaurant seats 320. A six-page creative menu includes hot-or-not
specialties, sizzling fajitas and traditional Mexican fare. There is also a
walk-up margarita bar, an exhibition palapa taco bar and live Latin music in the
Cantina. A gift shop features hot-themed merchandise and a selection of over 300
sauces. Ricardo, a Las Vegas based chain, was named Best Mexican Restaurant in
16 annual Las Vegas Review-Journal reader polls.
Taqueria Canonita -
Venetian The featured specialties on this "marketplace menu" are
authentic Mexican dishes with a New American ambience including tacos, tamales,
tostados, gorditas, and rellenos made with grilled and roasted meats, vegetable
and seafood. Tacos al carbon will feature beef, chicken and pork varieties
served on fresh, hand-made corn tortillas, accompanied by spicy, creamy slaw.
Other entrees include Quesadillas with Shrimp and Mango and Cabrito Barbacoa
with Black Beans, featuring spit-roasted barbecued young goat with Clay Pot
Black Beans. Taqueria Canonita is open from 11:00am to 11:00pm Sunday -
Thursday; 11:00am to 12:00 Midnight Friday/Saturday.
