Hard Rock Hotel A modern but sentimental tribute to the classic Vegas steak
houses of the 1960s and the Rat Pack glory days. A.J.'s decor features dark
woods, translucent curtains, curved leather booths, grand piano and some of the
best steaks in town. Open Tue.-Sat. from 6-11pm.

Blackstone, the real magic in this restaurant is performed by Chef James McNulty
and his expert staff. One of the premier restaurants in town, Blackstone's
offers mesquite grilled steaks that are aged to perfection and plenty of fresh
seafood appetizers and entrees.
Kokomo's Steak & Seafood
- Mirage Hotel "Prime" steaks and chops, fresh seafood and giant lobsters from
Maine, Australia, and South Africa are some of the delights awaiting you at this
exotic "outdoor" restaurant situated within a tropical rainforest. Reservations

Luxor Steakhouse -
Luxor Hotel Opened in 1998, this wonderful restaurant offers an elegant
dining experience with its cherry wood bar & walls. Guests can find NY strip
steak, filet mignon, and prime rib or seafood, chicken and pork cooked just the
way you like it. Average entree over $15 below $20
Rosewood Grille
- 3399 lasvegas blvd Located across from The Mirage this restaurant is famous for
its live Maine lobster which it sells by the pound. There are many other seafood
specialies as well as beef and chicken. A nice alternative to casino
restaurants, it carries a great wine list, and 38 types of single malt scotch.
Features: own baking and a rated wine cellar. Jacket requested and reservations
recommended.
